This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit aocpremium.com or join AI Operators Club Premium ("AOC Premium").
AOC Premium is operated by Loopi AI I/S ("Loopi AI", "we", "us"), Fløjstrupvej 159, 8330 Beder, Denmark. Loopi AI is the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@aocpremium.com.
1. What data we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, and any details you provide when you join the community, contact us, or take part in calls and posts.
- Payment information: when you buy a membership, payment is processed by our community platform (Skool) and its payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
- Usage and device data: when you visit the site we may collect your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: messages you send us and records of your interactions with us.
2. How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- provide and manage your AOC Premium membership and access to the community;
- process payments and manage billing;
- communicate with you about your membership, updates, and support;
- run and measure our advertising, including creating custom audiences and lookalike audiences on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so we can show our ads to you or to people similar to our members (see Section 4);
- improve and secure the site and the community.
3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
- Performance of a contract: to provide the membership you signed up for.
- Consent: for marketing, advertising audiences, and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: to keep our service secure, understand how it is used, and improve it, where this does not override your rights.
4. Advertising and custom audiences
If you have given consent, we may share a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email address with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd to create Custom Audiences and lookalike audiences. This lets us show our ads to you, or to people similar to our members, on Facebook and Instagram. Meta cannot read your email from the hashed value, and it is used only for matching. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support@aocpremium.com, and you can also control ad targeting in your Meta account settings.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with providers that help us run AOC Premium, including:
- Skool (the community platform that hosts the membership);
- our payment processor (used by Skool to handle billing);
- Meta Platforms (for the advertising audiences described in Section 4, with your consent);
- GoHighLevel (website hosting, email, and customer management);
- analytics providers that help us understand site usage.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an approved data transfer framework.
7. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as you are a member and for as long afterward as needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@aocpremium.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies to measure and improve our advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie banner shown on the site.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
