These Terms govern your membership of AI Operators Club Premium ("AOC Premium") and your use of aocpremium.com. By joining or using AOC Premium you agree to these Terms.
AOC Premium is operated by Loopi AI I/S ("Loopi AI", "we", "us"), Fløjstrupvej 159, 8330 Beder, Denmark. Contact: support@aocpremium.com.
1. Membership
AOC Premium is a paid membership community hosted on Skool. Your membership gives you access to the community, weekly live Q&A calls, direct access to the founders, member resources and templates, and the GoHighLevel benefit described in Section 5, for as long as your membership is active.
2. Billing and renewal
Membership is $79 per month or $749 per year. Payment is handled by Skool and its payment processor. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges.
3. Refunds
We offer a 24-hour, no-questions-asked refund from the time of your initial purchase. Requests made after this window are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law. To request a refund, contact support@aocpremium.com.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again.
5. GoHighLevel benefit
Active members receive access to GoHighLevel sub-accounts as a membership benefit. This benefit is provided through the community, depends on your membership staying active, and is also subject to GoHighLevel's own terms of service. If your membership ends, this benefit ends.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use AOC Premium lawfully and respectfully. You must not harass other members, post spam or misleading content, share illegal material, or attempt to disrupt the community or the platform. We may suspend or remove members who break these rules.
7. Intellectual property
The templates, systems, materials, and content inside AOC Premium are provided for your own use as a member. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them outside the community without our written permission. All rights remain with Loopi AI or the respective owners.
8. No guarantees
AOC Premium is educational and provides tools, guidance, and community support. We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or outcomes. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
9. Third-party services
AOC Premium relies on third-party services, including Skool (community and billing) and GoHighLevel. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loopi AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of AOC Premium. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of AOC Premium after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be handled by the competent Danish courts.
